Subway - POWHATAN

They need to be wearing masks! I do not feel safe eating there.

I thought every business is supposed to wear masks. The two employees were very close and not wear mask while serving me. Yes there might be a glass between us but still.

I had a disappointing experience at the Subway on Anderson Highway in Powhatan, VA. I visited on March 11, 2020, to take advantage of their buy one footlong, get one free promotion, but the employee seemed unfamiliar with the offer. Even though I had the app on my phone, she made me feel as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, and unfortunately, she wasn’t very helpful. Given this experience, I don't think I'll be returning to that Subway again; I'd rather drive a little further for better service.

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible and the staff member I encountered was very rude. Their sign indicates that they close at 10 PM, so they should update it if they're actually closing at 9 PM. When I was paying at around 8:30, the staff member was complaining about customers still being there so close to closing time, and instead of handing me my receipt, she just threw it at me. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to this Subway anytime soon!

The service is always excellent, and the subs are consistently great every time we order from there.
