The staff really stands out at this place. They are extremely friendly and helpful, and the donuts were fantastic. My 5-year-old was in bliss! I came back today, and I'm still impressed by the service.

The restaurant and the restroom were clean! I ordered a coffee and a croissant. The croissant was nice. I requested sausage, but they added cheese instead. The coffee was just average; it was a bit too weak, especially with the cream they provided. I would have preferred to add my own cream, but that option wasn’t available. I also felt that the price of $7.24 was a bit high. The service was not very friendly either. Overall, I probably won’t be returning.

Excellent service! I visited Sugar Shack and found the online ordering process to be straightforward. The young man with dark hair at the counter was very attentive; he changed his gloves and used hand sanitizer between serving customers. He only put on new gloves once he was handling the donuts. The place was very clean, and they had all the donuts we were looking for. Thank you!
