Tim Hortons - Powell River

Lately. The staff haven't been friendly. I uses to go there more often, way less now based off their treatment.

Had our usual morning bagel belts and Timbits for the ferry home, bagel was vert dry, Timbits also hard like they were day olds. But here is the kicker, I had to use the men's room, and my wife, the ladles, both had no toilet paper, went to use the family one, and walked out because it was so filthy,floor and toilet. One would be crazy to even think of using the baby change table. We told the young lady up front of the dilemmas in the washrooms, and she told us not to worry, so we both grabbed knapkins so we could clean ourselves..... maybe two stars is being generous.

Tim's is a great place! The wheelchair accessibility is exceptional.

Mayo... why have you stopped serving it? What kind of restaurant doesn’t offer mayonnaise? I’ve stopped ordering from Tim Hortons because I’m not a fan of chipotle or ranch. All I want is mayo!

Didn't have donuts that we wanted. Got order wrong. Not very friendly today. Thought service was not good today as we are regular customers. Service seems to be getting worse.
