Bidra med feedbackSpeaking honestly, I would not hope for much if you come to this location.Make sure to check your order twice. They will mess up multiple times on the same order. They will also make you a lower priority while fixing the mistake if you let them know they missed items did something wrong, so you can expect a typical expereince here that SHOULD be quick to take anywhere from 15 30 minutes.The general attitude is dismissive at best, and frequently is just plain disrespectful or rude at worst. Do not expect to hear an I 'm sorry in any way, shape, or form. Expect multiple items to be out as their machines frequently do not work. Expect to be ripped off if you use the app because they will tell you the difference will be refunded if there are items short in order to get you out of their drivethru store.DO NOT TAKE THIS LOCATION AT ITS WORD. UNDER ANY SCENARIO. CHECK. EVERYTHING. If you are shorted items charged extra, get a refund on the spot for it, DO NOT take their word for it.The food they make tends to come out underprepared and poor quality, and the convenience of trying to get something fast is juts not worth it at this location.Avoid at all costs; they effectively take your money while not providing the appropriate services and will blatently lie to avoid having to do work. They are disgustingly lazy and they should be ashamed.
I had an issue with my food and Brandon didn’t hesitate to assist me. He offered a speedy resolution without allowing me to feel any more uncomfortable as a customer bringing my issue to him. Excellent customer service is few these days but this young man should be rewarded. He is definitely management material! Coming from someone whose been in sales management for over 15 years. Thanks Brandon.
They did not get my order correct and rushed us to order. Once we got our order we had a drink incorrect and our tacos were wrong as well. It just seemed rushed through the whole process and there wasn't even anyone inside nor behind us waiting so its not like they were busy.

Given it was quite late, around 1-2AM, we were sure the employees working there were not happy when we showed up in the drive-thru wanting to order. It was obviously open, but it was a long pause of silence when we were waiting in the drive-thru to get someone to talk to us. We were able to order a few things, limited menu items since it was late, and they were going to close soon. We ordered 8 beef burritos, and they gave us plenty of hot sauce packets...Except there seemed to be no beef at all in the burritos. It was literally all beans.
