Papa John's Pizza - Powder Springs

Orders and paid for 10 pizzas last night at 10:45. Insured they were here It is 11:14 and not yet pizza. I ordered them for my classroom and now my kids change class and not the pizza they deserved this semester. Not that Papa Johns. I called and they told me they had only one driver and they just left the store.

I cancelled my order when I got there because it had been an hour and it still wasn't in the oven. I realize it's Halloween but they can't seem to get it right anytime. I've had no luck with this location and won't try again.

I hope management reviews the surveillance footage and uses the situation as a training opportunity to prevent future occurrences. Fairness and consistency in business practices are crucial, and I truly hope this was just an isolated incident. This employee clearly saw who was patiently waiting and should have acted accordingly. While I do enjoy the pizza, I won’t be returning to this location again.

Mike is the best general manager I've ever encountered at a pizzeria. He goes above and beyond to ensure that your experience is nothing short of perfect.

Delicious food, fantastic live music, and the venue turns into a dance floor after 10 PM, if I'm not mistaken.
