Domino's Pizza - Powder Springs

The meal was good and the lady serving was kind and friendly. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that they had not asked for all my preferred toppings, so they had made the pizzas with whatever toppings they had on hand. It seemed like they were actually trying to give me a pizza with bell peppers, which I didn't like. I was a bit confused and unsure of what to do with it. They ended up remaking the pizzas for me, but I was a little disappointed and puzzled as to why they would go ahead and make them incomplete as if it was acceptable.

Finished with dominos. I wish I could rate it negatiw 0. worst customer service, rude, no one knows what's going on. where is the management? placed my order, paid for, they sent me a confirmation on the line for delivery, this was 10:45, I get a call 5 minutes later say they have no drivers, do not have time to prepare my order for picking up at 11:00 and will break it off. they need to load their online app together with the one. I had a 50.00 order. the guy who called when I asked when they close, he had to get around and ask a girl. they don't know when they close? the worst domino is everywhere. if someone gave a good review, their family must work there. unholy dominos?

Not quite sure what is going on with this place, but we did not deliver problems for the past year with their pizzas. we would place ordering and would not find out until almost an hour and a 1/2 later that they have no delivery driver and today the last one was rough. I called to check the status of my pizza because the pizza tracker didn't work. the customer service that answered the phone said it was on the way I said that you need my name so that you can see what pizza I call, she says it is not on the way, and I said that I did not order the delivery, we pick it up and then she says only 9 minutes with a posture. I understand that they do not believe that they are paid well enough to work on dominos, but the service at this site is located at the bottom of the totem pole. very disappointed.

Maybe supply a pizza in less than 2 hours. or not at all. they do not inform the answerers to have settings when they are called. the list for this domino’s pizza location can continue and continue

Attempted twice now to order from this location. We have ordered here MANY times for years with no issues. Both times, our orders have been canceled because of issues with the delivery driver.First time, order was canceled without any explanation. I had to call and wait a long time to be told that the driver had an emergency and they were closing at 11pm instead of 12am.Today I placed my order at 9:59 with a 23-33 minute delivery time.. order stayed on prep for an hour before my husband called to check the status and for the second time in one week we are hit with something being wrong with the driver.. Now here we are left with disappointed kids and wasted time.. Smh... Very unprofessional…
