The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf - Poway

Thank you. It was a difficult day, and I really needed my coffee as my shift was ending. I ordered my drink, but then I realized I didn't have any way to pay—I had just come from Mexico and only had Pesos on me. Fortunately, the barista gave me the coffee anyway. I quickly drove to the bank, which was just a hundred yards away, withdrew some dollars, and headed back, enjoying my excellent cup of coffee. When I tried to pay, they initially refused, but I insisted. It was such a simple act of kindness that meant a lot to me. I don’t often experience this kind of generosity, and I will always remember it. Thank you for brightening my day!

I had a fantastic experience! It might just be the best vanilla latte I've ever tasted, and my husband enjoyed a delicious mixed icy mocha (I couldn't resist stealing a sip). The staff were incredibly efficient and friendly, and our order was prepared quickly. The seating area is immaculate, inviting, and very family-friendly. I give it five stars!

Yesterday, I stopped by the Coffee Bean in Carmel Mountain and ordered my usual drink, only to be disappointed with a watered-down, overly strong version. But today, I visited my favorite Coffee Bean in Poway, and not only did they make my drink perfectly, but the staff also remembered both me and my drink after all this time! They even wrote me a little note! I could go on and on about how fantastic this location is and the amazing service they provide. Thank you so much!!! You guys are awesome.

The coffee here was good and one of the employees was very flirtatious with me, which was a good boost of trust. I love this place.

Great Coffee Bean location! Drinks are always prompt and made right. The best thing about this particular location is the staff. Every time we come to this location, everyone is friendly, helpful and has a great attitude; Whitney made our night when we came in the other night.
