Planet Wings - Poughkeepsie

I ordered boneless wings with cheese fries, but when I got home and opened the container, they looked like ground beef.

I visit Planet Wings at various locations and usually order the 10-piece boneless combo, which is listed online for $16.50, but I was charged a flat $20.00 in Poughkeepsie. I've ordered from the Poughkeepsie location about 9-10 times, and the boneless wings were burnt each time—except for this visit. Additionally, the plastic utensils provided here in Poughkeepsie are of poor quality, while other locations, like Newburgh, offer much sturdier utensils.

The food is delicious, but it is somewhat expensive. The customer service could use some improvement.

Double thumbs down. Gave me all drums on a 20 pc order. 1 ranch tried to charge me “$0.81” for another one. Rude customer service. $35 for a combo.

Always good wings and my goto spot for the munchies. Boneless wings are AWESOME and multiple flavors.
