Dunkin' - Poughkeepsie

The manager at this restaurant, Jen, who also oversees the location near me on Route 44 in Poughkeepsie, always provides exceptional service to my wife and me. We absolutely love the caramel lattes—they're consistently excellent. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would! Jen goes above and beyond in her role and is always friendly; she truly exemplifies what outstanding management should be. Her team of coworkers is also fantastic!

The coffee was truly excellent. Typically at Dunkin', the coffee comes pre-prepared to their standards, but this time, it was outstanding. The cashier was friendly, and the service was quick.

The staff is very fast, Very out going, Jenn and Brindley know how to run that store. They are highly trained and very professional. I will be coming back to this location daily.

I absolutely enjoy visiting this restaurant! They remember my order perfectly, and the atmosphere is fantastic! Brindley and Jen truly enhance the experience!
