Island Grill - Pottsboro

As a restaurant owner it is hard to rave over other places. But all we had was amazing! The catfish was fresh and the bread was crisp and tasteful, without drowning the taste of the fish. The southwest egg rolls were crisp and packed with taste. Tastes like the oil they used to roast it was not old at all. Just because I can't give 5 stars, the staff would have been more attentive. They were not terribly busy and they just went by by barely recognizing us and the food took a little to make it out, but nothing to stop us from happy return.

This is our second time here and we really enjoyed the restaurant, the food and the view! We have a cry to Lyndsey of our waitress! She's amazing. My father had a five-dollar plane on the cliffs. Lindsey immediately carefully went down the rocks and picked up this $5. She has such a funny personality, the service was over!

Good food and good mood. Probably not the best meal you ever had, but definitely good food. Great atmosphere overlooking the lake and many parking spaces for your boat or car.

Great mood, food, drinks and location. They had opened the terrace and although it is early in the season, the place was full. Known for their drinks, food and live music. The island did not disappoint!

Nice atmosphere. Great scenery. Staff is professional and friendly and attentive. Drinks are a little strong (mixed drinks) and priced about right. Stay away from the pizza, unless you miss your old skating rink days. Overall, probably would be back for another visit.
