Bidra med feedbackJust visited Potosi DQ, ordered my chicken strips fresh and was given old food and was told it was only a few minutes old. The manager is an older man, and he was so incredibly rude. Said he didn't charge me for fresh food. They are o.k. with handing outdried up food, which was $12 for a meal. The manager wouldn't replace my chicken or refund my money. I was then told the copswould be called. The only reason we have to ask for it fresh is because it's ALWAYS old. I would really like the owner to knowas I do believe this is an independently owned restaurant and because of it I think this terrible service is going unnoticed.
Lady working the window was completely incompetent asked for ranch for my cheese curds and she decided to replace my queso for my pretzel sticks with the ranch instead of giving me both not only that but she rushed me at the speaker
Was in time since I had DQ and it was pretty good, we were the only ones there were in food, but it was nice and peaceful
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I spent $60 on dinner, but the staff was very rude to us for ordering sundaes, which are on the menu. We ordered four chicken strip baskets, but they refused to provide ranch dressing because the meal comes with gravy. It’s frustrating to encounter such poor service, especially on a busy Friday when families just want to enjoy a meal after a long week. It seems like the young staff really lacks professionalism and respect for customers. I hope they receive better guidance, as people just want to enjoy their meals without facing rudeness.
We had an early dinner and everything was great. We shared a delicious banana dessert. The place was nearly empty, so there was no wait at all.
