Cock Island Bar Grille - Portsmouth

I was just waiting for my motorcycle to get worked on at Bayside Harley Davidson; a local guy recommended this place. Nice dive bar type place.

Wings are large, and under cooked, the sauce is average at best. Can't speak for the other items on the menu, but the wings are not a good choice.

The name kind of made me laugh so i had to go in to if it had a bunch of roosters in there. To my syrprised it had a mixture of people eating lunch at the bar and enjoying good conversations. I liked the burger and fries and i went back once for karaoke. Its a cool place to meet some friendly people.

Went for happy hour 4p-7p if anyone was wondering. Not sure if it's everyday but we went on Friday. Drinks were nice. I got a whiskey sour my friend got a tequila sunrise.

If i could give this place no stars i would. Bartender was very rude when I told her my food was cold. My protein was cooked perfectly but was cold, while everything else on the plate was steaming hot. I told the bartender that it was cold. She took the plate back and came back with it 5 mins later. With the same steak, same sides. Mind you I ate the sides bc I was waiting for her to come back to table but never did. She brought the plate out for a second time with the same protein and same sides that I had already eaten. The food wasn't even warm. Also be warned, all food sales are final. She told that I had to get the plate remade or I was still going to buy the meal. Upon getting the order remade it was over cooked.
