Bidra med feedbackI travel all over Italy 9 months a year on average and I eat in restaurants approx 300 350 times a year so... I can potentially start my personal guidebook : . After many years of experience, I can say with no doubts that the service, the team at the tables, the way they interact with the customers, the capability to suggest while understanding the clients' needs are THE key. Yesterday I went to this nice chalet on the beach with a group of american chinese friends and clients. I felt immediately the right atmosphere, a big smile even if the two young and friendly waiters/waitress had their mask anti covid on and I was able to organize with the help of the smart servants a wonderful lunch with the best selection of fresh seafood possible. My guests were super excited and the food was outstanding. I write a list of what we had, selezione di antipasti di mare and frittura mista followed by the best spaghetti alle vongole ever tasted but, once again THE SERVICE was the top and I am happy to say that I will go back to this restaurant as soon as possible to try all the other dishes and to say Grazie again to Nicole and her colleague sorry I don't remember his name Top food over the top service
This was supposed to be a special fresh seafood restaurant. Well, it isn't. Almost all fish dishes are fried. The food is humdrum, and the staff tries to maximize prices. The only saving grace is the setting, almost right on the shores of the Adriatic. Best to skip.
We love coming here whenever we can. Friendly service, great antipasti, pasta with shellfish and especially the fritto misto. Pull off the motorway and enjoy the adriatic with the locals.
We chose this locale instead of one we went to last time because the outdoor seating had a wonderful sea view just above the rocks on the beach, the menu was extensive yet moderately priced and as there were a few other families eating there we thought it would be perfect. These are the reasons why we were sadly disappointed: 1 There wasn't a table set already ready. Most restaurants, even those on the beach have tables ready for the lunch onslaught and the waitress who seated us was harried and never pleasant. 2 Two other groups who were seated AFTER us had their orders taken before us! 3 We only received silverware after requesting it (when my husbands plate was already getting cold 4 I received my meal at least 5 minutes after my husband's 5 There was no soap or toilet paper in the lady's room! 6 The hand sanitizer dispenser was empty! 7 We never knew which of the staff was our waiter/waitress and neither offered us dessert or coffee. (I had to ask for it 8 At the cash register the staff did not ask how we felt about the meal. (My pasta dish was Spaghettoni with seafood sauce which I was pleased with. My husband's pasta al pomodoro was just ok. We want to help support Italy's restaurant and tourism industry to get it back on it's feet. We hope this location takes these comments professionally and corrects the errors...
We went as a party of 3 and all dishes were very good. Very fresh as well. The service was fast and the waiters were nice. Would recommend. Pretty view on the beach too.
