Sckavone's - Portland

I wasn’t even craving a burger but I had the best one of my life tonight from here. It was the BBQ one. I’m American and 36 years old. I’ve been eating burgers all my life so that is a lot to compare this to. After I ate it, I had to lay down and reminisce eating it. It was like it was a dream. I will never forget how good this burger was and I hope it’s the exact same when I go back!

Great food. Had the Reuben and it was very good. Granddaughter had pancakes , always yummy. Gluten free options. Ribs were a generous serving and grilled in the back driveway! Smoked salmon eggs Benedict was amazing. Affordable. Friendly servers. Good parking. Free scones were nice. Outdoor dining option.

Nice spring is here, sat outside enjoyed the sun some Ice Tea, lovely food.. best chicken sandwich ever! Chelsea was ahhhmazing , service was all around great!

I’ve been coming to Sckavone’s for years. The food is always great and the staff is kind. They have a nice menu selection for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Oh man... I woke up this morning starving, my date as well. First words out of our unbrushed mouths was 'chicken waffles '. I searched online and read about this place. Every positive review you read doesn 't do it justice. Absolutely the best chicken and waffles and chicken biscuits and gravy we 've ever had. Also their side of potatoes had large salt and were soooooo crispy both of us started drooling. Their mimosa was fire as well! It 's been around for a while I guess the whole history is in the bathroom, and on the walls! The servers never let us feel like nothing could be attained and they absolutely made sure we were catered for even though it was very busy on a Sunday morning! Absolutely going to visit here again... And yes if I haven 't said it already, they have the BEST BISCUITS AND GRAVY AND WAFFLES I 'VE EVER HAD. And if you read my reviews... You know I 've had a lot, highly recommend this place and I WILL be visiting again very very soon.
