Phở Oregon - Portland

This restaurant serves my favorite pho in Portland. Recently, I sampled three dishes and enjoyed each one: Banh Mi Bo Kho (beef stew with a baguette), Banh Xeo (sizzling crepe filled with shrimp and pork), and Banh Uot Nem Nuong (rice pancake with grilled pork patty). I travel here for about 20 minutes to dine, and I’m always satisfied with my meals.

We dined with a large group, but the service was still excellent and quick! I really love this restaurant; every bite is packed with flavor and simply delicious! There are plenty of steaks in the soup, the portions are generous, and the salad rolls are fresh! It wasn’t too crowded, creating the perfect atmosphere for conversation and enjoying a good meal. I highly recommend this place for a great time, and the decor is really charming!

We have shrimps and chicken pho. Both were very delicious. The salad rolls really tasted fresh and the shrimps were delicate and tasty. The chicken pho is the best I had so far in Portland, the broth was tasteful, the noodles were perfectly cooked and the chicken was delicious. This place definitely hit the hype.

If you don?t know what to order, go with Pho menu #1 Pho Oregon. Noodle and beef is so good and the soup has really rich flavor. Other menus are also nice.
