Pazzo Ristorante - Portland

Avoid this restaurant. The food is terrible for the price, and it's highly overrated.

Sometimes when you visit a restaurant, you are pleasantly surprised by how each dish surpasses the last. This was the case with Pazzo. The homemade bread was exceptional and set the stage for the delicious soups, salads, and main courses. My wife was particularly impressed with the chocolate cake and warm pistachio ice cream, which was served with a balsamic reduction. We enjoyed our meal so much that we returned for lunch the next day.

I will not only not go here but recommend that others do not either. Their Valet Parking is a joke. When you arrive they tell you its for Hotel Guests only. After phoning the woman who answered said they've never had this problem before nor was she willing to offer any solution. I had someone with me who could not walk far and the fact they expected us to park somewhere else ruined our New Years Eve. Thanks alot Pazzo. Never again. As a manager of two businesses I won't be recommending you to anyone either. F

My family of 9 came to the restaurant before the Christmas Spectacular show. We were looking for a quick meal and drinks, but it took 20 minutes for them to seat us. After being there for an hour, we had only received one drink. The food was delicious, but we had trouble getting a clear answer to a simple question. We only knew about the easy pizzas because we ordered them ourselves. We still didn't receive our drinks. When the bill came, they had added their own gratuity, which we felt was undeserved. We didn't have time to argue as we had to make it to a show.

Great food and great service! Prices were fine too!
