New Cascadia Traditional Bakery

Rare finds!! Incredible taste for GF goods! Biscuits and coffee cake were amazing! Very moist, beautiful texture! Stop by even if you can eat everything.

Had the *sweetest* little cake tasting with New Cascadia Tradition. I can't express how much I appreciate their existence and extensivevegan options. I do highly recommend paying ahead to skip the line when you pick up the wait was about 20 minutes to pay. That being said, the team at New Cascadia has been incredibly responsive, courteous, and communicative from first email to checkout. I will be ordering wedding desserts and cake here.

Best gluten bagel I’ve ever had. Cookies were soft and lots of chocolate. I came late in the day so missed some of other goodies. Will definitely be back!

One of my all time favorite gluten free bakeries! As a relatively new diagnosed celiac who has always been a foodie, I have high food standards and refuse to settle this place requires none of that. The textures, flavors, wide range of assortment is all exceptional, one of the best I've been to in all my travels. It's always one of my first stops when I'm in town and my go to bread to have while I'm there. Non GF friends and family always rave about it as well.
