Rare finds!! Incredible taste for GF goods! Biscuits and coffee cake were amazing! Very moist, beautiful texture! Stop by even if you can eat everything.

I had a delightful cake tasting experience at New Cascadia Tradition. I truly appreciate their presence and the wide variety of vegan options they offer. I highly recommend paying in advance to avoid the long wait; it took about 20 minutes just to complete the payment process. That aside, the team at New Cascadia has been wonderfully responsive, polite, and communicative from the initial email through to checkout. I will definitely be ordering my wedding desserts and cake from them.

This is the best gluten-free bagel I’ve ever tasted! The cookies were soft and packed with chocolate. I arrived late in the day, so I missed out on some other treats, but I will definitely return!

This is one of my all-time favorite gluten-free bakeries! As someone who was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and has always had a passion for food, I have high standards and won’t compromise on quality. Fortunately, this bakery exceeds all my expectations. The textures and flavors are outstanding, and the variety of options available is exceptional—truly one of the best I've encountered during my travels. It’s always one of my first stops when I'm in town, and I love to pick up some bread while I'm there. Even my non-gluten-free friends and family rave about it!
