Lay Low Tavern - Portland

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. The staff here is fantastic—friendly, humorous, and considerate. The atmosphere, especially in light of the pandemic, was just right. There’s a spacious patio with heaters for the tables, and the other guests had a vibe that matched the wonderful staff. The hotdogs were delicious (two for $5!) and the drinks were excellent. We will definitely come back during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

It was a fantastic stop! I really enjoyed the drinks and tater tots. The staff was prompt and friendly, and the space was clean and thoughtfully arranged for COVID safety. I would definitely visit more frequently if I lived closer.

The restaurant features a spacious outdoor patio and is one of the few bars currently open. The food is quite good.

Came here for the Rad Walla burger for burger week and it was so delicious, I must say that this place has the best fried pickles I have ever had love how they cut them up into a style like French fries, just wish they had more sitting options as the place was packed and many people standing around waiting to find a seat
