Hungry Tiger - Portland

Came in for drinks and early dinner. $3 PBR on tap is a great deal. Vegan corn dogs were pretty good. I 'm a pretty ardent carnivore, and the fact that I 'd categorize anything vegan as 'good ' really speaks to the quality. That being said the chicken and broccoli mac and cheese was better. They also check for vaccine cards, and I support any business that tries to keep the plague rats away.

'You used to be better ' is the official slogan of this bar... and if it 's not, then it 's sure plastered all over for the sole reason of reminding me that I shouldn 't be on a third date with the guy sitting across from me. With vegan (corndogs! and meat options, this makes it the perfect location for compromise which is also important for relationships. The covered back patio is fantastic seating in any weather, but make sure to take some time to admire the tiger themed art inside.
