Carl's Jr. - Portland

The first thing I noticed at this restaurant was how clean the bathroom was. It was immaculate. The rest of the restaurant was just as clean. The staff that I dealt with was very friendly. My food order was perfect and tasted great. There seemed to be at least 6 people working in the restaurant which in our current time is very unusual. Great job to the staff.

Strange to say, but my fast food experience here was insanely amazing. Their bathrooms were truly immaculate! The woman who took my order was super nice. Thanks for all you do.

I've been coming here for 2.5 years... I love Carl's Junior but this place serves cold fries every other time I order in the drive thru along with flat coke. When I've called them to tell them politely that things aren't right, they just sit in the phone, never 9ffering to replace on the next visit or an apology. Even at the drive thru...they just stare at me like I'm the a$$hole. Lol. No one wants to pay 13 bucks for a meal to get flat coke and cold fries. So to remedy this since they won't make up for it...I just order fresh burger/fries and test the drink for carbonation. But then the other patrons in the line suffer due to having to wait for my order to be ready. Management needs to get it together.

This is our go-to Carl's Jr. We consistently experience friendly and prompt service. We always order the Beyond Famous Star with cheese and customize our burgers. Each burger is different but they nearly get it right every time which isnt typical in our fast food experience.I would highly recommend getting the waffle fries. They're always fresh, hot, and scrumptious and the proportion is plenty.Overall, this establishment has to be one of the best fast food places I have been. The friendly staff, attention to detail making our food, and the freshen is what sets this place apart and somewhere I would definitely recommend!

I had never had the #4 western before... It's really good. It reminded me that there can be very good fast food.
