Bidra med feedbackVery disappointed. Good thing I checked my bag and noticed they were missing the buffalo, ranch, and spicy ketchup in the bag. If I hadn?t checked I would?ve driven all the way home just to find out I was gonna have to eat chicken and bread.
My biscuits were cold hard staff appeared irritated. Some orders were wrong and customers were mad because they had to correct the order causing more wait time. Staff did not apologize for error or wait time.
I usually have no problems at whataburger. But this one was terrible. The lines were long, the food took along tike to come out and the burger just didn't taste good.
Honestly, I loved it here. The people were kind, the fries were delicious, the strawberry shake was amazing, they were certainly generous with the jalapeños haha. 10/10 :
Whataburger is usually a favorite of mine, but my recent experience at this location was less than ideal. We waited around 5 minutes in the drive-thru without any response. Since we were towing a trailer, we decided to go inside to avoid holding up the line. Once inside, I noticed that the crew was mostly young and seemed to be more focused on having fun than working. We ended up waiting about 10 minutes for our food, which was hot and fresh, but my Jalapeno burger had huge chunks of lettuce that were chopped but not separated. Every time I took a bite, the thick blocks of lettuce made a mess and caused everything to spill out of the burger.
