Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We went to order a peanut butter bananas crack flat bread and an entire American breakfast package, of which not were cooked completely. In fact, the eggs in the entire American packaging were cold- not even room temperature, it tasted cooled. The cheese wasn't even melted. The outside of the winding and the flatbread were warm while the inside was cold. They got the smoothes right and the food was fast for us.

Is what? m treats like it? a great inconvenience to get the chips and water I ordered, keeping like WAS!? HUH!? and OH WELL YOU GOTTA?.what, what do I have to do, except my order to get the chips and water that are included? It's twice a week. Every time the packaging is a mess and cut longitudinally from the far corner to the wide corner. Can also put the pile of things in my hands and over my work shirt. Tall skinny dark haired girl needs a setting control. I'm back to the gas station as I decided last week when that happened before.

I paid almost $14 for this? sandwich was soggy and sour. I came on my lunch break and came back to get something else because this sandwich was HORRIBLE! And the girl at the drive thru was nice and was willing to fix but the MANAGER is not and tell me this is how corporate want for them to make the sandwich and that nothing was wrong with the sandwich?.. and they can?t refund me or make me something else. Not good customer service. Worst tropical smoothie I?ve ever been to. Waste of my money, I recommend the tropical smoothie 5 mins down the street by civic center WAY BETTER!

I don't think this place is up to health code. While waiting for my order, I see a huge roach scurrying across the floor. I felt disgusted and uncomfortable. The service was nice. The employee was kind but overall I was still disgusted.

My chicken caprese I paid $8 for. Reached out to the company 3 weeks ago still no response.
