I wanted to disregard the ratings and give this place a chance, but those were reading this take heed, the ratings are accurate!!!!A malfunctioning ice cream means RIP OFF the customers. Watched her struggle with zero support from her team while she fumbled through. Same price. For each of these- significantly less in one.DO BETTER!!Would love management to contact me.

This franchise location does not take part in the Dairy Queen app points. They also don't always have the blizzard flavors currently being promoted by other locations.

Went to use my points to only find out they don’t participate. If DQ is going to have points all locations should be participating.

Not that good food was great people were slow and quiet which made the whole atmosphere just awkward and boring.

I've given this location a chance 3 times now, but I find the staff to be very unfriendly and rude. Also the store isn't the most visually appealing or clean.Bought a pineapple sundae a few weeks ago and a dipped cone. The Sundae had like 6 pieces of pineapple, usually its a lot more with a little of the pineapple liquid however when I asked them to put more because that's how it's usually served, I got rolled eyes, attitude and them telling me that's basically all I'm going to get and if I want more there's and extra charge. Literally the worst DQ I've been to and it's such a shame because it's in a good location.Don't think I'll give this location a forth opportunity to be rude to me.
