Essence Of The Thymes - Port Orchard

We have used essence of the thymes for our high time and I cannot recommend the whole team enough. Even from the beginning, the team was helpful and even suggested that I have used absolutely. they worked with us and with our venue to create a beautiful evening and they even made sure that my man and I had to eat during our high time. can not recommend it enough. would give 10 stars if I could. thanks to the entire essence of the thymes team!

I just worked with Essence of the Thymes on a wedding this past weekend and they are hands down one of the greatest experiences I've had working with a caterer. We had a pretty tight turnaround on the wedding planning as this was a last minute decision by the couple, and Hope was more than accommodating, tremendously patient, and helpful with suggestions, adjustments, and everything in between. The staff was so fun to work with, and the food was to DIE for.10/10 recommend on every front.

Wow! we loved everything about essence service, eating, presentation, communication, everything! we have tons of compliments about eating on our high time. especially I could not get enough of the Bacon terminals, gorgonzola kartoffels and grilled salmon. the team even brought a charcoal grill to cook it right in front of location. gina, hope, chase and the whole team were so friendly and worked so hard and were flexible when we had a last minute change. they have even prepared a vegan meal for my cousin without even being asked. they really went beyond and beyond! so happy with the choice for our wedding day.

When Covid screwed up our plans we were scrambling, but Essence of the Thymes made our last-minute work by accommodating us. The food was so good and everything turned out awesome! The staff were super helpful and set everything up for us, highly recommend!

We had the pulled pork and cougar mac meal this week. There is enough food to feed 8 people. Yes it says serves 4 the only part of the meal that does that is the rolls, pick up a second package of hawaiian rolls and you have enough food for 8 people. The meal was very good with excellent flavor. In this house we like more sauce on our pulled pork and mac and cheese. The cooking time we needed extra but that may because it was in the refrigerator overnight we had the meal Saturday instead of Friday. the vegetables were cut a bit big, and when the other vegetables were done the onion still seemed raw. The stuffed tomatoes my husband loves and he hates tomatoes. Overall a great meal with left overs definately will get again for a special treat.
