Chicken Express - Port Neches

The chicken strips were thrown away so hard half because they weren't edible when the young guy who gave me the food, the bag with me fortunately got it then I really said thank you was politely ignored and he went away. I then repeated it very loud, then I said that you all heard should not work with people if you are rude to them.

Chicken was a dry and blanching. Didn't give us anything to eat our cold sponges and potatoes and I had to get up from the table and ask them. Everyone in the restaurant had to go back to the counter to ask for a fork to eat.

The guy who took my order didn't get it right, then I waited ten minutes in the window. He just walked around while my order was finished until the lady saw that he wasn't on the window, she quickly went to me and asked what my order was and gave it to me. The guy doesn't want to work there or somewhere where you can tell about his body language and his expression. I will not go back there....

2 meals ordered, paid in the window and was asked to move forward where I was undoubtedly forgotten. FINALLY got my food, opened boxes to check after season packages to discover that there was no engraving in both box and 1 had no role. Had to go out and go in to get the missing stuff. Drove the 20 minutes to enjoy my older mother in laws at home Lunch and realized that we don't even have the right pieces of meat!!! Very disappointed at this place!!!

Not sure what has happened to this place. The employees seem stressed and annoyed. The chicken tenders are no where as good as a year or so ago. And the prices have gone up significantly. For the prices, and the lower quality chicken I can no longer recommend this restaurant.
