NEEDS TO REVIEW CUSTOMER SERVICE! PROS. 1. Great and tasty cheese bites. 2. 1 huge Pizza, 2L of Pepsi and around 12 long cheese bites for Rs.700 was good deal (before I taste the pizza). 3. Since it is found in the food court of Jumbo Mall Riche Terre, there is always place for parking and to dine-in. CONS. 1. There is only one person in the front desk, taking orders and working as cashier as well. This leads to slow service and long waiting queues especially during peak time. Need atleast 2 or 3 people for a faster service. 2. Pizzas are not great. 3. Not sure if it was nearly closing time when I was there, but, staff with his jacket and helmet at the desk serving me my food... is definitely not good! Especially when another staff from the back is yelling at the one in front to take my receipt before giving me my order, just in case I was the wrong customer. 4. Staffs including pizzaiolos were not wearing their masks properly.

Hit and Miss pizza experience. Sometimes good, sometimes very average. Definitely not a gourmet pizzeria. Very much to the same standard as Dominos, with similar prices too. Huge wait time, even where you are the only customer. (25 mins in our case, and we had ordered over the phone before driving to the shop) Staff customer experience is so-so. Not all that happy to see you (can’t blame them, they’re on minimum wages). Hence not motivated. There’s room to eat in the foodcourt but it’s noisy AF. Recommend you take out. Overall, it’s okay-ish. You won’t hate it. But you won’t be amazed that’s for sure.

If I could give it a 0 I would, but I can’t, so I’m giving it a 1. The smell alone makes me want to vomit and I can’t even comprehend the taste. The cheese looks like plastic and is definitely not worth the pizza’s price. I always see oil on top of the pizza which is basically a major red flag. Like, who are you trying to rizz up, America? There have been several times I ordered from delivery and they completely forgot about my order and so I had to call them again. Isn’t that very romanticizing?<3 The quality of the pizza is basically a huge scam, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from Pizza Inn. Fact is, I would even dis encourage them from ordering anything there. Ladies, gentlemen, and anyone in between, I love you all and stay away from the corruption of Pizza in<3
