Bidra med feedbackWe had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. Despite the cold night, the heating kept us comfortable. The service was friendly and attentive, and there was a great variety of meal options. Orders were promptly delivered, and the meals were served in a reasonable amount of time. The portions were generous and delicious to eat.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. The devilled scallops, garlic bread, Dixie chicken, and chicken carving with surf and turf were all cooked perfectly. I don't eat out very often, but I will definitely be returning.
We were in search of seafood and were not disappointed at all. The restaurant had a wide selection to choose from and served generous portions. The hotel was beautiful with many rooms and offered fast and efficient service.
Booked for a large group of 40, with children adult. great pub food, was very fast, friendly, service. the salatbar was a hit, very good value with the meals. large selection of carving toppings.
Whilst overnighting in Port Lincoln, my wife and I went to Anchors Bistro (at the Grand Tasman Hotel) for dinner. The menu contains all the pub favourites; nothing exceptional stood out. Having said that, the dishes we chose (whilst huge) were pretty good and no...complaints really. Included in the cost of your meal, you can have soup, a salad bar, hot vegetable selections and for afters, self serve ice cream with various toppings. When all things considered, the cost represents very good value and obviously it is a popular choice with locals and visitors. Tne hotel was very busy the night we were there. So, as long as you are not expecting fine dining, this place is pretty good for a drink and a good meal. You wont leave hungry.
