M&j's - Port Lavaca

The tacos were quite disappointing; they were very small, and my wife's bacon wasn't even cooked thoroughly. For $4.50 per taco, I expected them to be more generously filled. Overall, I was very let down.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. The food was served hot and cooked to perfection. I'm really disappointed that they have closed down.

This is a relatively new place in Port Lavaca. We get breakfast here often. We have never had a bad experience. The coffee and food are both hot and amazing.

Excellent. While it is impossible to get a New England breakfast in South Texas, these folks did their best to make me feel at home. Friendly, clean and delicious; I recommend this inexpensive service oriented diner.
