There's divey, then there's... Not sure about this place. Super cheap, in a sketchy neighborhood. Parking out back is for the apartments upstairs, but the bar. Oh Yeah. On street parking plentiful sine the street ends at the base.

Crazy, loud, everybody-bar with cheap drinks and awesome bartenders! This place is a hole in the wall....literally. It 's a hole in the side of a white brick building under a seedy looking apartment complex. There are no other businesses around it, so if you 're thinking strip mall, you 'll probably miss it. Basically, Top Deck has everything a great dive bar should have...pool, darts, a big screen, cheap drinks, and a wacky mix of people who all get along rather mysteriously. If you 've got the guts to wade in amongst the rockers, bikers, seamen, frisky cougars, whithered skanks, wanna-be-hipsters, and old dudes, you 'll totally fall in love with this place! NOTE: Check out Karaoke on Fridays...it 's a blast! The place is packed with drunken crooners, and everybody claps and cheers even if you can 't sing. The people are nuts, the quarters are close, the alcohol flows fast and cheap, and the bartenders are fun, but take no ****. It 's perfect!

If you like dive bars this is the place for you. If you're looking for a place to get ratchet with your drunk friends, this is the place. Not the kind of bar to come to talk with friends. Music was loud, I couldn't hear the person 2 feet from me. The reason why I give it 2 stars is because there was so much smoke inside I ended up getting a sinus infection. I'm convinced this was the culprit. However, they have karaoke here so it makes for a fun night if you are in that sort of mood.

This is one of the coolest bars I've been too. The people are great, the bar tenders are amazing and the atmosphere is awesome. It has two pool tables, dart board, dance area and karaoke on Saturdays. Fancy nancy and Charlene are amazing bar tenders. Ask them for a special shot if you need a good smooth shot. Come by and enjoy the fun times and great friends.
