U Cafe - Port Hardy

I love the simple, healthy, no frying style of Mainland Chinese here, and great service by Nancy. They eat healthy and cook healthy and I love that. Homemade Dumplings Steamed are amazing, Szechuan Style Beef, ask for spicy if you like, Won Ton a winner also.

They are located in a Mall with limited seating because it is always busy. Fast and efficient and lots to eat-Try it out!

It is a food court in the shopping mall( only one shopping mall in Port Hardy). Noodle and stir fry fish was very yummy.

Who would have thought the best Chinese food in town would be in a mall?!? But it is! I am visiting family in Port Hardy, I live in Guangzhou China, I have to admit, the food is very authentic! The owners/operators are friendly, all the food is made by them, tastes excellent also! They're wiling to accommodate and make substitutions as well. The only downside is the location, in the middle of a shopping mall and the prices are a little on the expensive side considering their location. Otherwise I love the food!

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant run by a lovely and giving couple. Despite arriving in Port Hardy close to closing time, they kindly kept the doors open for us, accommodating us inside the mall and serving us delicious food. We were beyond satisfied with our meal and service. We highly recommend that more people have the opportunity to try the amazing cuisine prepared by this wonderful couple.
