Eating was great and personal friendly. superb. quiet, relaxed atmosphere and definitiw a place to meet time and share together

Good coffee and pie, but very expensive. Almost 10 Euros for a small slice of pie and a medium coffee.

Saw the Reward App on the menu and downloaded the app. Guess what! I was told by the “Store Manager” that they don’t have the scanner for us to scan the barcode to earn points!! What is the point for the false advertisement from Coffee Club. Also the croissant was so dry and tasted like a “thousand” years old croissant. However, one staff, Ethan, was very helpful and apologetic for the “dry” croissant and replaced it for my friend.

I was there for a coffee on 17 May 2018 around 12 ish. Just order a coffee n waited 45 minitues but the coffee never arrived. Barista was waiving appology and after wards I kind of waited more 15 minitues. Never arrived. With my surprise I noticed that the brista was serving everyone but me. I thanked him n donated him my coffee. If you refuse to be prejudiced just don't go there.

On Monday the 15th of Jan around 12.45pm l ordered some food for the family and l ordered Nachos for myself. l was told that it would be a 30min wait due to a new chef starting. After waiting 45mins l received my nachos which were burnt and disgusting. When l returned the meal the manager (a male) made a wierd face, swore in the kitchen and did not even apologize. The female worker was nice and she refunded me the money. Also whilst waiting for my meal l had a glass of water and the glass was dirty with traces of lipstick on it. My experience was absolutely awful disgusting. They need to improve their customer service, ensure their dishes are clean decrease the waiting time. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
