Burger House - Port Douglas

We were in Port Douglas with visiting family. We ordered our meals separately. Ours took 20 mins to come out the second took over 45mins to come out. The portions were small, the food was not salted and there was no salt available for customers. The calamari had a horrible soggy batter and was not properly cooked. The burgers were either burnt or raw. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting and wanting nice food.A group that ordered after us were fed before us all except one of their party who ended up leaving empty handed.Terrible service, terrible food

My young sons wanted to have a cheeseburger and the Burger House did not disappoint. This is a family run takeaway restaurant with some outdoor seating. The owner was very sweet with my boys. A definite if you're craving burgers in Port Douglas, my boys loved them!

We had the barramundi, chips and salad. The fish was crispy and sweet, the chips were salty and the salad was fresh with a lovely dressing. Overall we were very happy!

Fish and chip box was 50% empty. When I complained about the lack of food I received some more chips but the original food was refried so everything came out tasting completely like oil.

Ok I know these aren't American burgers but come one at least make real beef patties! They use frozen patties and I'm feeling sick just thinking about it. They charge 50 cents for ketchup too. Fries were ok. 2 burgers, 2 drinks and fries came to 40. LOL!! Avoid this place if you value yourself.
