Good food. Next time I'll hopefully remember to order my sub cold. Oops! Mac n cheese was very flavorful too.

I visited the Port Charlotte location last night, and it was surprisingly slow—only three other customers were there. I ordered a veggie sub and ate half of it before taking the other half home. However, when I got home to finish it, I discovered a plastic wrapper that had somehow cooked into my food (it might have been a straw wrapper, but I'm not sure). It was quite unpleasant to bite into, and I was really grossed out. Unfortunately, I probably won't be going back, which is disappointing since we used to eat there quite often.

My first visit to this location was disappointing. The restaurant and tables were dirty, which set a bad tone. I ordered a meatball sub with pepperoncini but got jalapeños instead. If you work in a sub shop, you should know the difference! I decided to give them another chance today, but the service was slow, especially with just eight customers there during lunch hour. When I got home, I discovered that my order was missing items I had requested. Overall, it was not a good experience, especially considering I paid $8 for a meal I could have easily made at home. I won’t be returning.

To make matters worse, the bread on all three subs was dry, and my husband’s sub barely had any brisket on it. We are extremely disappointed, especially given the price of the subs. Additionally, at this location, we’ve never been asked if we would like to round up our bill to support local EMS, despite our frequent visits. As someone who used to volunteer with a fire department in Wisconsin, I genuinely believe in supporting our community. I urge the owner or management to reflect on how the service can be improved and to consider why we’re receiving negative feedback. Engaging all team members and fostering collaboration could help enhance the business and contribute positively to the community.
