Dunkin' - Port Charlotte

It may have been an off day when we visited, as the restaurant was nearly sold out of everything we tried to order. They were out of bagels and croissants, so we ended up settling for English muffins. Surprisingly, one of us received a bagel sandwich even though we were told they had no bagels. Additionally, they were out of salted caramel drinks, so we had to choose different options. The vanilla latte we ordered was unexpectedly bitter, which was disappointing as it is usually sweeter. Despite the workers' efforts to make do with what they had, the overall atmosphere seemed disorganized. It appeared that other customers were also having similar experiences, based on what I observed while waiting in line.

Unfortunately stuck in line for 30 minutes for a coffee. We were the 8th car in line. Normally most drive thrus are rocking but today this one fell very short. Staff was nice, did what they could but apparently understaffed for the day

The lady who worked at the DD on 41 in North Port on 11/27/2016 noon is a jewel! Love the coffee and service!!

I was more consistent lately, I could count on the 4th Street Dunkin’ to satisfy my need for an icy Carmel Latte whether it is in the morning or after work. Hoping to get that 5. Star in the case of A The Chicken Sandwich does not have a 50/50 shot of inedible B The drinks are not a wild card of either zero taste, good or PERFECT (please just ask me how much - that is why I love DD, I want sweet coffee I think that's what the signature selections are for? C There's someone who makes the perfect matcha, thanks <3 D That's all I got

Our experience at the restaurant was terrible. The waitress messed up our order and even forgot to take our friends' orders.
