Chili's Grill - Port Charlotte

A couple of weeks ago, I had an appetite for some babyback ribs. They were sold out. When we were seated, the waitress told us that if we signed up for their Chili's app, there was no charge for the tortilla chips and salsa. We were charged for them. I asked the waitress to remove them and were told the manager would have to do it later, our card had already been run, but we would see a credit on our credit card. There was never a credit issued.

For the price point the food and it's pricing are good the staff is nice. Also the restaurant looked cleaned.

The service was amazing and the restaurant was very clean. They stayed on top of our drinks and were very friendly with the kids. They also suggested us menu items to try when we were looking for what good appetizers to try. The food was cooked to perfection. the manager came by and checked on us. We will definitely be back from the service to the food. Everything was top-tier.

Their fajitas are a must-try, sizzling and savory, served with just the right mix of spices and fresh sides. It's a combination that keeps me coming back for more, making Chili's a go-to spot for delicious meals and friendly atmosphere.

Very nice experience, fun atmosphere, good servers. Great menu selection we had the triple dipper you select three items from a varied selection so ? tasty, the quesadilla salad and a bacon burger all were good. For the cocktail I got a spice a Rita margarita they did not skimp on the liquor it was ? fantastic that's how a margarita should be made, you can actually taste the liquor in it 10/10. I can't wait to get back to Florida or wherever Chili locations are in the USA.
