Bidra med feedbackThey had the open sign on and we pulled up 30 minutes before they closed, when we try to open the door it was locked and the two men workers just looked at us and acted like we weren’t there, then proceeded to turn off open sign and act clueless. Classless act .
I was at the location on 2/09/2024. I walked in and THREE people were standing behind the counter. 2 females and a male. They were all talking among themselves. No acknowledgement, no eye contact, no nothing. One female was playing with her hair, one female was looking lost and the male was laughing that he was making sandwiches that only one sandwich was supposed to have steak on it but he made 3 sandwiches with steak. He said oh well, I 'll just scrape it off, they 'll never know the difference . I thought to myself, they will if they are allergic to beef. I didn 't say anything though. Still standing there. STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGED. I get a phone call and take it because they don 't seem to wait on me or anyone for that matter. My phone call was 8 seconds. Still I waited a total of 8 1/2 minutes waiting for SOMEONE to say May I help you? Or We will be with you in a moment or even yet What can I get you? BUT that didn 't happen at all. I walked out because they didn 't want my money anyway. They obviously expected people to just wait there but I had other things to do besides wait until THEY deemed it ok to acknowledge a customer and maybe wait on them. I walked out.This location obviously makes enough money to not need any customer relations training. I 'd steer clear of this location
I stood waiting at the Express pickup for my online order probably 6 or 7 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. As they were checking someone out as I was still standing there I had to say I just need my online order. They grabbed it from the counter behind them gave it to me I left. I was already not happy with my experience then get home to find my sandwich which I requested extra mayo had none. Subway in general seems to being putting less less of meat, veggies etc. where you end up with more bread than sandwich. I wasn't happy with the experience at all.
Meatballs were still frozen, and the staff was very unprofessional.
The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was very cleanVegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables.Parking: Plenty of parking
