Went through drive-thru recently and ordered a signature latte and a bagel when I got to the window and tried to redeem my bagel for free, she scanned the QR code on my phone and then I paid. She then handed me my drink and told me to have a good day. I hadasked politely about my bagel and she looked confused then the guy came over and said oh I forgot to put on the bagel thinkingnothing of it they type it in and I scanned my QR code again. Then they told my total I showed them and said it was supposed tobe free with my purchase of the drink. They then refused to do anything when it was there mistake. I understand mistakes aremade but you should always try and make things right with the customer.
Frozen pumpkin spice coffee wasn't the greatest. Should be a little more frozen and less watery.
First issue no soap in the bathrooms. Gross! Then their iced coffee was unbearable bitter, even though it?s the same order I always get at every Dunkin?. Tons of flies inside the store too. Yuck.
Owner is incredibly rude and I've ordered the same drink everyday for the past 3 days and gotten a different drink every time. Idk if they don't know how to make it or they don't care but it's aggravating.
