Bidra med feedbackThis place is a hidden gem. guided by mother, daughter and son-in-law, it offers some traditional dishes of the opposite like coppa, gnocco fritto (art of a roasted teigs), ravioli (pasta filled with ricotta and spinat) and pisarei e faso (pasta with brown beans), but also some new interpretations of this traditional dishes. everything rigorously made home and served with a welcoming smile. highly recommended.
Stop them here to escape from a stow in the autobahn, it was a pleasant surprise. beautiful event in an xviii century it is managed by a very nice lady who will suggest them typical dishes of the opposite. Gnocco-Grotte with salami and ham and beautiful tortelli (house made pasture filled by ricotta cheese and spinat). also those dessert seem very tasteful, but we did not take it because already satiated.
Great eating, fantastic work eating (pasta, meat and homemade desserts), great meals and very small prices.
Abbiamo soggiornato ieri sera per una cena tra amici e devo dire che è stata una piacevole sorpresa. amichevole locale, servizio puntuale, tutti i piatti erano eccellenti, abbiamo notato la qualità delle materie prime e la cura nella loro lavorazione. buona scelta nella carta del vino. Torneremo sicuramente!
Sunday lunch with friends. Splendid location, room with a lit fireplace, a very sweet atmosphere, what to say about lunch .... it deserves the hour to drive to get there. Typical dishes but VERY refined and refined, excellent raw materials. SUPER wine, a local winery with a noteworthy organic wine. Not to mention the desserts ..... I who am not a lover of desserts would go back even just for those. In summary, ABSOLUTELY to try. Also not to be underestimated is the quality price ratio, which is not bad these days.
