Immaturity, Arrogance and Bad Faith!!! It’s not Paul Bocuse who wants it!!! We will have to grow...in learning to cook and personally.... For Us (couple : “A Lobster and its Truffled Mayonnaise” (half an undercooked, elastic Lobster tail and three commas of an industrial sauce where I am still looking for the refined taste of the truffle dish for 39 euros!!! Accompanied by a poor ramekin of poorly drained rice..... For my companion “Scallops” almost correct but way too salty... Accompanied by 15 Fries in a ramekin for 35 euros,.....the Exorbitant bill (Lobster, Scallops, a beer, two glasses of wine, 50 cl of sparkling water! 105 Euros!!! ....I invite Internet users here to read my other Reviews on Restaurants where cooking is an Art, a local tradition, a knowledge Doing and Being!!! (Fabien Meuziau . The only small glimmer is the Service provided with tact and professionalism by two young ladies... A boss may be receptive to criticism that was intended to be balanced and constructive,.... Individual borderline in terms of respect, Visibly intolerant of Frustration, Peremptory bad faith, Even excessive verbal aggressiveness..... .!!! He suggested that we not return to his establishment....... Let him rest assured......We still give him a 5 out of 5 as to the Name of his Establishment.....which will only be a very mediocre Food “PARENTHESIS”!!!!!! I do not recommend this place......for now...
