Campanile Pontarlier Restaurant

Fine hotel in the middle of town. Little tight room, but the bed's fine, if you're no longer than 180. Clean, fine service. Good breakfast.

I made my resa on the site that sells a room in a hotel restaurant. On arrival, bad surprise, restaurant is closed on weekends. The receptionist simply told me there's a lot of restaurant there and the portal is broken! with a vague hand movement. I have, but it's only my interpretation, understood you, it's not my problem. Arrival to the room, the access card, does not work. I'm going back. The receptionist takes the card without a word and changes it by telling me he doesn't leave the card on the lock? Arrival in the room, you can see that the daily cleaning is well done but the room needs a spring cleaning clearing of walls and doors, bathtub seals to blanch. . Campanile speaks of the possibility of having a meal in the room, or a snack buffet ....but there's nothing!

Very nice surprise despite some comment .... We stayed there 2 days with our 2 children and our dog room very well and clean nothing to say the disappointed .. Impeccable breakfast everything you need for good lunch and cherry on the cake the little lady of the welcome really but really of an incredible kindness and politeness. For our next stay in the Jura we will return

Great hotel. Well received. The room was clean, the bathroom niquel with bath and there is hot water but really hot and it's great. The two little ones that make the difference is the double door to enter the room that makes a little sas and it's top and the little kettle with coffee and tea I really find his awesome. The super comfortable bed with full pillow I love.

Nothing exceptional about the very basic hotel but the telephone reception was unreproachable
