Reserva - Ponta Delgada

Very good wine bar with choice of meat and cheese, usually locally or made in Portugal. Amazing wine selection. The bloodworst was fantastic. The waiter was very knowledgeable and offered wine pairings based on how much you want to pay per glass. Tested several different Portuguese red wines, each better than the last. Great place to eat when you are in the mood for some great wine and delicious food.

Cosy and high class place. Nice decoratiin. Friendly staff. Fresh traditional bread, cheese platter and wine was great.

Oh, my God, that was a meal now. I have a wine flight with recommendations from the host and some sausage, meat, cheese and the delicious roasted chestnuts. Everything was simply phenomenal: the absolutely best chorizo and blood sausage I've ever had, amazingly juicy and fussy black cured ham, and extremely unique (sharp, funky, soft, hard) cheese. The absence and adaptation of pairing with wines from the flight with the assortment of the charcuterie was the most fun and miraculous meal experience I can imagine. This place is a must, even in a second, third and repeated visit to São Miguel.

Very friendly staff. We only went here for a taste of wine, cheese... very happy with what we had. Would have been 5 stars if we had sides to the cheese board like grapes, figs.. as you would with most places at this price.
