Subway - Ponca City

Hire more staff.hire more staff. Hire more staff. I come in here way too often and this place needs help! The staff are begging for help. Lines out the door and customers are frustrated. HELP YOUR STAFF. And the next night i come in and someone stole my order. Had to beg staff to remake it. And they refused without calling a manager. Once the person who stole my order came back, they asked if i wanted the OPEN SANDWICHES! NO I WANT YOU TO REMAKE THEM GROSS!!!!

The Food here has always been good, service for the most part has been great, have had a couple questionable employees work here a time or two, but nothing bad enough to complain about. The establishment has always been clean and well taken care of. The restaurant is in a good location. The only thing I don't like is, if you are standing in line and they are currently taking your order and a call comes in or the app stuff they have nowadays sends a order thru they will stop what they are doing and start that order so that the order is ready for the delivery people to pick up and deliver. I believe that if you are there and already getting your order made you should be first priority.Parking: The parking spot are very limited due to sharing a parking lot with several other businesses.

Good food but don't pay for double meat they will gladly charge you but Everytime my wife are I order online they never add the double meat like they are supposed

Was a little frustrating ordering our 2 sandwiches. The person taking our order goofed up what we wanted two 6 inch sandwiches and she made one and went on to the next person. A worker named Kody who was helping out the store made it right by fixing our sandwiches right.

The gentleman who made our sandwiches was very very nice ...And the food was very very good as
