Donut Palace - Ponca City

I always go for the rolls at this restaurant! The donuts are also really good. The food always tastes delicious and they never mess up my order. The quality is consistent.

The service is consistently fast and of high quality.

Do not buy any breakfast sandwiches here. The bacon was spoiled and I spent $40 on them. When I called to complain, the person on the phone said it was sad that we tried new bacon and did not offer me a refund or exchange for donuts or anything. If you cannot provide good quality food, do not continue selling it. I am giving them 1 star for losing a customer.

Great donuts and by far the closest I've had to Dallas area donuts. Customer service could use alittle tweaking but I understand it was like 9 am and people are usually groggy in the morning but at least say hello and come back again.
