If you order online make sure you check your sandwiches because they made be wrong I got the wrong bread got all the way home and had to come back they did remake the sandwich but no apology or even offer some kind of discount for my trouble just handed me the sandwich and walked away won't be back

I totally do NOT understand why I was charged a “Tip charge” on my bill when the employees are paid to do their jobIf I want to leave a tip that should be up to me. Not mandatory!!!I’ll never go back to any subway again?????????????

I went to order a sub and both of the girls were doing nothing, when I walk in the girl came to the counter and told me we sorry we’ve got 3 online orders we going to do it first. What kind of service is that.

I order with app a lot because of discounts, but I often end up disappointed in how my sandwiches are made….today they absolutely DROWNED my sub in sauce. Asked for “more” onions and got maybe 6 on the whole sub.
