Franchise with consistency in the food, but maintenance of the premises, the building, especially the toilets, which leaves something to be desired. The toilets are dirty, smell like urine and have a broken ceiling. The franchisee does not appear to adequately maintain his franchise. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I have been to this restaurant several times, and each time, I have very bad service! The cups of chipotler mayo were barely half full, my cheese in my hamburger was dry, salad really soft, very disappointing! The cashier always seems in a bad mood, doesn't say hello, have a nice day, nothing! She takes your order and shows no courtesy (same cashier every time) It's boring because I love a&w, and when I go to the river center I like to do my shopping and stop at the restaurant at the same time, but I will think about it in the future.

Bad service.... Cashier responds stupidly and on their poster announces that we can order meat burgers all day long and refuses me to make them....
