The Works Deli Grill - Pocatello

Food was great. Service was great. All in all it was a good experience, being my first visit and all. I was a little thrown off by one of the employees behavior though, the cowboy, possibly manager? He was pushing around an obviously new employee and talking down on him in front of all of the customers in the store. It caught everyone’s attention and I felt for the young man that he was attempting to “dominate”. This is not the experience people want to have. The cowboy is probably the reason why I keep hearing that the employee turnover rate is so high, I bet if cowboy took a step back, the place would do that much better. I may or may not return, I really don’t care to support a business that treats their employees horribly.

Love there sandwiches. Fried pickles are yummy, and the french fries are one of my favorites.

Helpful and knowledgeable young men were working when we arrived for our craving with my son and our twin cousins which one of our twins works at this location ? and I will say it ran as smoothly as I imagine it does when SHE is working ????

The sandwiches were delicious and delightful and the people working there are very nice: update, staff is still very nice, sandwich was a 10/10
