Bidra med feedbackThis pub is excellent, although it may not be the cheapest option. The food is very nice and getting two meals for £18 is good value. The staff is lovely and friendly, and the atmosphere is brilliant. It has become my go-to local whenever I am in town.
Every year during our visit to Plymouth, we make sure to stop by this restaurant for lunch. It never fails to impress. Even my husband, who usually doesn't like chips, devoured them all and claimed they were the best he had ever tasted. He had the Ham, Eggs, and Chips which he described as delicious. I opted for the Chilli, Rice, and Garlic Bread, which was also excellent. The food here is consistently good, the pub is clean, and the staff are friendly. We can't wait to return on our next visit.
Friendly relaxing atmosphere with very good traditional home cooked food, and decent menu, Would recommend
We finished our evening here, celebrating my grandson passing out parade at HMS Raleigh. Drinks were reasonable, a great atmosphere and a great end to a lovely day
The restaurant is clean and welcoming, thanks to the familiar woman named Bev working behind the bar. Bev has been at the pub since the war, and is a legend. There is nowhere else I would rather go with my friends than this place.
