Bidra med feedbackBella Italy is already a well-known one to eat wherever you go. But this has the kindest and most grateful staff of all time, particularly Natalia, is very kind, attentive and elegant. She will ensure that you enjoy your food and that nothing is missing; besides, she always has a smile on her face!
I came here for dinner before the movies. We were sitting with the staff station right behind us, aren't we sure how Covid is sure? The staff had no masks on (I realize they don't have them either) but they were right behind us. I ate goat cheese pizza and I don't think I had goat cheese. No one checked us, so I kept eating in the hope that he was mixed with the mozzarella, but don't I really think it was? The menu seemed more limited than I remembered as well.
Arrived at 6pm Saturday was hurried to table and waited till 6:10 before anyone came and took order we were ready for food order too and all looked promising.6:20 came and went —nothing 6:30 came and went —nothing6:40 came and drinks arrived one was correct the other was wrong.6:45 came and went asked how long food would be .We ordered simple pasta dish I thought-meat balls and pasta and a flat bread to have with meal. They said it’s coming.6:50 bread arrived which we asked to have with meal 6:55, 7:00 came and went whilst being told food was coming .7:10 came and went and so did we.Thing is a few other tables did the same as they too had waited over and hour.Surely just have less tables to serve or more staff it isn’t rocket science.
After finally being able to place our drink order, we had to wait another 15 minutes for our food order to be taken. This resulted in us being in the restaurant for half an hour before our order was taken. In the meantime, the staff continued to be preoccupied with their personal phones, even when other customers arrived and were waiting to be served. We could also see a cook in the kitchen lifting their shirt up and scratching their stomach. When our food was finally brought out, it was placed on the counter and left there while the staff member continued to prioritize their personal texts. Our order was also incorrect, and we had to endure the staff member loudly expressing frustration in the kitchen. I usually do not like to complain, but this experience was so negative that I felt the need to warn others on TripAdvisor. Our previous visit to this restaurant was excellent, but based on this experience, we will not be returning.
I visited on Saturday, March 7 at the first hour of the night before heading to a concert at the Pavilions, I booked a table for 6:00 p.m., giving us time and a half to eat, and we're not first-floor and dessert girls, so it should have been enough time. Pretty quick to take our order, but from there it was a downward spiral: 25 minutes to get 2 coke tail, 42 minutes for a bit of cold garlic bread, when I mentioned to the waitress that we now had little time, so don't wait for us to finish the garlic bread. She apologized and said they were running behind and they would do what she could, she came back and said it would be an urgent order. My order seemed to be the catalyst around our table as some more people began to complain that they were going to the shows and the table behind us simply went away. Just before an hour, we got cold pizza and a very dry cream chicken. My friend joked that she had her own teeth and still couldn't eat much. No one verified that we were okay, since my friend would have complained at that time and we never saw our waitress again, not even offered a dessert menu and we had to ask a young man to bring the bill. I understand that at 6 p.m. he's busy on a Saturday night about two places of shows, but it's not a surprise, if you can't cope, then reserve fewer tables, everyone complained. The irony of all this was that I received a coupon of 30 of an equally bad experience at a Southampton branch last month for my 90th birthday. Last night was my last visit to BI in the foreseeable future.
