Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely disgusting. I got a moldy sandwich and when I contacted customer support all they would offer (after taking 5 days) is a free coffee if I return to this location. (I didnt see the mold until i had eaten some of the sadwich and then finished taking off the paper wrap, also the pictures were taken on 2 seperate phones which is why some are blurry)
Green iced tea was good, cold brew coffee tasted stale/burnt, which makes no sense on cold brew. The old-fashioned donut was pretty good.
Saturday about 2:30 packing up ready to close for the day. Asked for toasted bagel got mushy with cream cheese looked like butter. Very sloppy. I went back got another sloppy for exchange. Employees shouldn't say WHAT to customers very rude! This area went down hill and I did like employees there but not anymore. If they don't understand they need to learn the word excuse me not WHAT! If the manager is young girl with glasses she needs to go!
Food was ok as it's standardized. The staff were busy throughout. There were no sugar packets or stirrers that were kept outside for customer access, which made the whole situation a little difficult.
First of all terrible service, friend of mine ordered his food,paid just under $9 for a sandwich that they never made, my sandwich took 10 min. to make. Also notice that there was 3 people at the drive thru and one of them was leaning on the window sil not doing anything and she was getting paid for that? What a joke, people like them wants to get paid around $15/hr. They couldn't even get some of the drive thru orders correct, cause some of the customers were coming in to get their order fixed cause they were wrong! If you all want to get paid more money, well do your job at a 100% with no mistakes! Cause you all don't deserve the money you get paid after this kind of experience.
