Terrible experience. Online order arrived at 7 a.m. as the email said. Waited 1 hour and 5 minutes after that time because he didn't even begin to do it. Get the pizza at home it is RAW in the MIDDLE not cooked not edible! He called and said he wouldn't refund until he saw the pizza to come and get it. We waited until 10:00 that he never called and he said someone was coming and getting it. We left it on our veranda and woke it up to rob raccoons. He still never came to get the pizza and then when we called, he said, calm down in a few days I will refund your money. But still waiting to see a refund. This was not a $30 pizza order it was over $100 with a significant tip! He says he has no chefs I understand, but should have been refunded if the pizza was not edible and we had given a REALISTIC pick-up time so that we haven't been stuck with toddlers for over an hour!!!
Local, fresh ingredients. Always friendly. My husband usually goes there at noon. Chicken is Halal for those interested in knowledge
If you? re a fan of moderate food, arbitrary prices and fake waiting times, this is the place for you. I called 8/21 at 19:13 and placed an order we have? ve got several times in the past big paprika pizza, a dozen bones in wings, and a fried chicken hoagie. I was told my order was finished in 25 minutes. I came less than 30 minutes later, and the male employee said he was still working on it. No problem. But it became a problem, because I saw my pizza go to the oven at 8:00. Funny fact when I first came, I noticed that one of the fries sitting above the oil was connected with something in them; das?something? turned out that the chicken that went on my hoagie, which was also mounted at 8:00. While waiting for my order, I was harassed by dozens of small gnats that were probably let in through the open door, courtesy of the burning rainstorm earlier a day. The female employee laughed and said: Oh yes, I have to close this? when I swore them away. The door remained open and is always during summer business hours. (As an additional bonus to my experience, I discovered a gnat that cracked on my neck when I moved to my street. The only other person who worked was a woman who always products different prices when you ring. I have the latest menu, and before I called with my order, I expected to spend about $39 plus taxes. The Hoagie has always come with salads and tomatoes, but obviously not this time since I was charged $1. Each of my articles was randomly expensive, and when she told me that my sum was $47.32, I had to ask her to repeat it. At this point I did not have the energy to discuss prices. Instead of apologising for the blatant lie about the waiting period, did she look at the cooler and ask? Do you want 2 liters? Wait? Like no, maybe an apology for the waste of my time with an agreed waiting period, but at least I would like to be accused of what is being advertised. The cost breakdown is in the photos, along with the photos of the menu and revenue.
Only had one person running the whole place so no phone or online orders. She was doing a good job considering the circumstances. Pizza, and zucchini fries were good. Didn't like the steak sub not sure what kinda steak but it isn't worth getting again. We will stick with the pizza.
